Why the 15-Person Minimum
Sadya is not a dish you can cook well for two. The whole logic of it — the number of preparations, the timing, the way everything has to arrive at once — assumes a crowd. So we’ve built our service around groups, which is how most people celebrate Onam anyway: the whole family, the extended family, or the entire team from the office.
If you’re a smaller group, it’s worth joining forces with relatives or neighbours. Fifteen comes together faster than you’d expect once word gets around.
