Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation of booking 72 hours prior to arrival no cancellation charges apply. After which 1 night’s retention will be applicable.
- Please note that the above timeline and cancellation charges may vary depending on the requirement and the booking confirmation voucher issued.
- No refund for cancellation booking made for special occasions, New Year day, Christmas, Onam, Diwali and/or festival days.
- Tax of 5% is applicable on the above rates.
- All Taxes/Levies imposed by Central/State government from time to time other than those specified in the Reservation Voucher will be additional.
- All changes to your Reservation are subject to availability at the time of change and may result in a possible rate change.
- The Standard Check-in Time is 2 PM and Check-out Time is 12 PM. Early check in & late checkout are subject to availability on the particular day with additional charges
- Children under 06 years can share room with the parents on existing bedding. However, meals for children will be chargeable.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- If airport transfers have been requested, the hotel will arrange for the same as per the flight details provided.
- Please inform the exact pillar number after coming out of the terminal to our airport Representative on Mobile Number accordingly the driver will pick you
- All guests must present a valid driving license, voter’s id, Aadhar card or passport for Indian nationals and for other nationals a Passport with valid Visa is mandatory upon check in
